We are committed to ensuring openness and transparency in all of the Commission’s business, subject to the legislative constraints set by Parliament.  We are restricted from disclosing details of the review of individual cases other than to announce that a case has been referred to the High Court or, on request, whether the review of a named case has been concluded or is still under review.

We are committed to promoting access to information in line with the Freedom of Information legislation.  Details of our FOI publication scheme and access to documents contained within the scheme, can be obtained using the links at the left hand side of this page or from the menu bar at the top of the page.
